Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% down payment which is to be deposited to the account of Mesoreen Holdings Limited, No. 200802462001, Republic Bank Ltd. For the group’s entire Villa, the balance is to be deposited 3 days before arrival. Please provide a copy of the deposit slip to confirm your booking. For hotel stays, the balance must be paid upon arrival. Please note phone inquiries do not secure reservations. Page 1 of 3CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY. All cancellations will be subject to NO REFUND however, a 3-month period would be extended for rebooking. After 3 months, your booking would be subject to a 1-night rate. No-shows after 3 months will result in an automatic loss of payment/full deposit. Any group/villa rental requesting a reduction in the number of days booked within a 1-month period would be charged 50% of one nightly rate.
Check-In is from 3 pm and Check Out is at 12 noon. Please note an extension of check out until 3 pm would be subject to room availability and a supplemental charge of $100.00 per person. Beyond 3 pm and any part thereof, a charge of $200.00 per person to be incurred for hotel stays. If check out is beyond 6 pm, an additional one-night charge based on the contracted rate would be initiated. Late check-out for villa rental from 12:01 pm to 3:00 pm will be $800.00. Depends on availability.
VISITORS to Serene Inn must be authorized by Management ONLY. Non – registered guests using the property during the day will be charged an additional fee of $150.00 per person if using the pool. These guests are not allowed access to rooms or sleep overnight and must leave the compound by 6 pm. This must be approved by management first. Please note: – Management at Serene Inn can monitor the number of guests within the building at any given time.
Kids under 5 years stay free without meals; Kids 5-12 TT$100.00 per night with breakfast. Any additional adult will be $200 per night. No additional guests are allowed to stay in the rooms. Guests are asked to stay within the maximum capacity per Room. To conserve energy & resources, it is standard practice to turn off all lights and air-condition units when leaving the room. Ensure all faucets and showers are free of drips. We greatly appreciate your assistance with these efforts.
Absolutely no decorations on walls, beds, or ceilings unless authorized by management. Unauthorized decorations would result in loss of security deposit.
Absolutely NO SMOKING within the building or rooms. Guests found smoking in the building will result in an automatic loss of security deposit and will be given a warning and if smoking persists then the guest will be removed from the property. Smoking is allowed at the pool deck only.
Please note: NO PARTIES, WEDDINGS or any FUNCTIONS allowed UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY MANAGEMENT. Groups caught having any unauthorized gatherings will result in an immediate loss of a security deposit. Guests are not allowed to bring large speaker boxes on the compound, we provide a speaker box. Guests found with any unauthorized music boxes without approval by management will result in immediate loss of a security deposit. Please respect the neighborhood. Any reports of continuous disturbances will result in the loss of the security deposit.
(pool closed at 6 pm and re-open at 11 pm by request). For group entire villa rental, the pool remains open till 2 am. For the safety of yourself and your guests, no glass bottles are allowed by or in the pool. Absolutely no diving in the pool. Children should be always monitored.
Serene Inn provides 2 towels per room for the group’s entire villa rental. No beach towels or pool towels were provided. Hotels Stays; Pool towels, room towels, and face towels are provided. Guests are not allowed to take towels to the beach. Villa Rentals / Groups: Pool deck and restaurant area closed off at 11 pm FOR MUSIC ONLY. All MUSIC can take place upstairs in the building or reception area from 11 pm till 4 am with ALL DOORS CLOSED.
Security Deposit for the entire villa: TT$1,500.00 is required before check-in. For hotel stays, TT$300.00. Regards to the villa rental, the following areas should be kept clean and not defaced in any manner- Kitchen (All kitchen utensils, BBQ Pit must be cleaned and properly accounted for). There must be proper disposal of garbage from rooms/ bathrooms. Management will check the room and the entire villa to ensure nothing is broken, defaced, or missing from the room. For weddings and other functions pool deck and villa, surroundings must be cleaned. Chairs and tables are put back the same as you receive the villa. Provided everything is in order, a full refund of the deposit would be transferred to the guest account within 24hrs after checkout for villa groups.
